The Site

Well, underheaven.org was the second domain I’ve ever bought back in 2007. The main site is supposed to serve as my personal blog, although I’m not very good at keeping a constant track of my blogging. The rest of the host is dedicated to maintain my fanlistings.

My name is Karla and I’m 20 years old, I was born in 1989, yes. I’m studying engineering in applied maths to telematics. I’m a technician in programming, although I’ve never really expected to work as a programmer. I have two younger brothers, I actually live with my middle brother in a small apartment. I’ve always wanted to become a writer. I’m married to Alex Turner.

I love digital edition, from photo manipulations to icons to textures, I really need to start a site of resources.

I love fashion to death, I love fashion houses and designers. My favourite house and store is Burberry, my designer is Alexander McQueen, my fashionist and inspiration is Liebe Marlene, my model is Alana Zimmer. My favourite part of an outfit is the footwear, I love boots when it comes to shoes, the store of my preference for shoes is Seychelles Footwear. I love photography, especially if it’s dedicated to fashion, my favourite artist is Chapman Baehler.

My main fandom is Harry Potter. My favourite book is The Deathly Hallows, character: Harry, film: the Order of the Phoenix, soundtrack: the Order of the Phoenix, ship: James/Sirius, actor: Daniel Radcliffe. I also love HP fanfiction and I love to write it.

My obsession is Alex Turner from Arctic Monkeys and Last Shadow Puppets. I love him to death and would probably do anything to kidnap him and make him mine.

As for tv, I’m not a big fan, I even gave away my television, but from time to time I like to watch a couple of programmes. My favourite tv programmes are Vampire Diaries, The Beautiful Life, The OC, House, The Big Bang Theory and Extras.

I think I know how to appreciate the art of filmography, I love Stanley Kubrick and Quentin Tarantino. I think the LOTR saga is overrated. My favourite films are A Clockwork Orange and Pulp Fiction. My favourite actors are Daniel Radcliffe, Ralph Fiennes, Jack Nicholson and Gary Oldman, while my favourite actresses are Helena Bonham Carter and Cate Blanchett.

My collection of scores and soundtracks is huge, I love film music. My favourite composer is James Newton Howard. My favourite soundtracks are The Village by JNH and Transformers I by Steve Jablonsky.

I love music beyond words. My favourite genres are Indie/Alternative rock, classic rock, pyschodelic rock and post rock. My favourite bands are the Arctic Monkeys, the Last Shadow Puppets, Jimmy Hendrix, This Will Destroy You, Kasabian, Doest it Offend You, Yeah?, Kaiser Chiefs, The Coral, Reverend and The Makers, Placebo, The Beatles, dredg, The Gathering, The Tunics,  Starsailor, The Libertines, The Cribs, Doves, Elbow, etc. My favourite album is Humbug by Arctic Monkeys. My favourite singer is Alex Turner, guitarist is Dick Dale.

I love England and English, even if it’s not my first language I try hard to learn more everyday. My dream is to move to North England in the next few years.
